From Offer Letter to Departure — We Handle It All

Getting a job abroad is only half the journey. The visa process — paperwork, applications, appointments, and approvals — is where most candidates get stuck or make costly mistakes.

At British Education Services, we have been guiding nannies, caregivers, and healthcare workers through the complete visa process for over 26 years. We do not just train you — we walk with you all the way to the airport.

What We Do for You

1. Profile Preparation

We build your complete professional profile based on the exact requirements of your target job and destination country. This includes formatting your CV in the international style required by Canadian, UK, Australian, and European employers, writing your cover letter, and preparing your professional introduction — so your profile stands out to the right employers.

2. Offer Letter Verification

Once you receive a job offer from an employer abroad, we verify the offer letter carefully. We check that the offer is genuine, that the job title and NOC/SOC code are correct for your visa category, that the salary meets the minimum threshold required, and that the employer is authorised to hire international workers. This protects you from fraudulent offers and visa rejections.

3. Statement of Purpose (SOP) Writing

A strong SOP can make the difference between visa approval and rejection. We write a personalised, honest, and compelling SOP that clearly explains your background, your qualifications, and your genuine intention to work abroad — meeting the specific requirements of the immigration authority you are applying to.

4. Visa Application Filing

We handle the complete visa application process on your behalf — filling forms accurately, compiling supporting documents, organising your file in the correct order, and submitting everything through the right channels. We know exactly what each embassy or immigration authority expects, and we make sure nothing is missing.

5. Embassy Appointment Booking

We book your visa appointment at the relevant embassy or visa application centre (VAC) — including VFS Global and BLS International centres across India. We guide you on what to carry, how to dress, what to expect, and how to answer questions confidently.

6. Pre-Departure Support and Ticketing

Once your visa is approved, we assist with flight booking, pre-departure orientation, and practical guidance on what to expect when you arrive in your destination country — so you land confident and prepared.

Why Visa Documentation Goes Wrong — and How We Prevent It

Most visa rejections happen because of these avoidable mistakes:

  • Incorrect NOC or SOC job code on the offer letter
  • Missing or improperly attested documents
  • Weak or generic SOP that raises red flags
  • Salary in offer letter below the required threshold
  • Wrong visa category chosen for the job type
  • Incomplete application — missing forms or supporting evidence

With 26 years of experience, we know exactly where applications fail and how to prevent it.
