Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in any course or using any service offered by British Education Services. By enrolling, paying fees, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
British Education Services is a government-certified training institute based in Amritsar, Punjab, India. We have been providing professional training in nanny care, caregiver programs, elder care, early childhood education, IELTS/OET coaching, and related international career services since 2000.
2. Courses and Enrollment
2.1 Our courses include but are not limited to: Nanny Course, Caregiver Course, HCA Course, Home Support Worker (NOC 4412), Elder Care, Patient Care, NTT (Nursery Teachers Training), and ECE (Early Childhood Education).
2.2 Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the full admission fee or agreed installment as communicated by our counselling team.
2.3 All students must meet the minimum eligibility criteria for their chosen course (typically 10th or 12th pass). Providing false eligibility information may result in cancellation of enrollment without refund.
2.4 British Education Services reserves the right to change course content, schedules, batch timings, and delivery mode (online/offline) based on operational requirements. Students will be given reasonable advance notice of any significant changes.
2.5 Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the course, attendance requirements, and satisfactory performance in assessments. Certificates remain the property of British Education Services until all outstanding fees are cleared.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 Course fees vary by program and duration (6-month or 1-year options). Fees are communicated at the time of counselling and enrollment.
3.2 Fees must be paid as per the payment schedule agreed at enrollment. Late payments may result in suspension from classes until dues are cleared.
3.3 All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of course materials unless otherwise stated.
3.4 Additional services such as IELTS/OET training, WES application assistance, visa documentation support, and placement support may carry separate fees. These will be clearly communicated before any commitment is made.
3.5 British Education Services does not charge any hidden fees. Any amount collected will be supported by a receipt or written confirmation.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Please refer to our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy page for full details. In summary:
- Cancellations made before the course start date may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancellations after the course has commenced are generally non-refundable.
- Fees for third-party services (WES, IELTS exam registration, visa filing fees) are non-refundable once submitted.
5. Placement Support
5.1 British Education Services offers placement support to students who have completed our training programs and met the required language and documentation criteria.
5.2 We do not guarantee employment, visa approval, or international placement. Job placement depends on employer demand, student qualifications, visa processing outcomes, and other factors beyond our control.
5.3 Our placement support includes profile preparation, employer introductions, application coordination, and interview guidance. It does not guarantee a job offer.
5.4 Any employer introduced through our network has been vetted to the best of our ability. However, British Education Services is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or employment practices of third-party employers.
5.5 Students must not make direct payments to any employer or recruiter introduced by us without our knowledge. British Education Services is not liable for fraud or misrepresentation by third parties.
6. Visa and Immigration Services
6.1 British Education Services provides visa documentation assistance as a support service only. We are not a licensed immigration consultant or law firm.
6.2 We do not guarantee visa approval. Immigration decisions are made solely by the respective foreign government or immigration authority.
6.3 Students are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all documents submitted. British Education Services is not liable for rejection, delay, or legal consequences arising from incorrect or fraudulent documentation.
6.4 Any advice given by our team regarding visa pathways is informational only and does not constitute legal immigration advice. For complex immigration matters, we recommend consulting a licensed immigration consultant or lawyer.
7. IELTS, OET, WES, and Third-Party Services
7.1 IELTS and OET are examinations conducted by British Council, IDP, and Cambridge Assessment English (IELTS) and Cambridge Boxhill Language Assessment (OET). British Education Services provides coaching only — we have no affiliation with or control over exam scheduling, scoring, or results.
7.2 WES (World Education Services) is an independent credential evaluation body. British Education Services assists with WES application preparation and submission. Final evaluation decisions are made by WES, not by us.
7.3 UK NARIC / ENIC is an independent body. Our assistance is limited to application preparation. Recognition decisions are made solely by ENIC.
7.4 Fees paid to third-party bodies (exam registration, WES fees, ENIC fees, etc.) are subject to those bodies’ own refund policies, which are beyond our control.
8. Student Conduct
8.1 Students are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, faculty, and fellow students at all times.
8.2 Any form of harassment, misconduct, or dishonesty (including plagiarism or document fraud) may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.
8.3 Students may not record, reproduce, or distribute course materials, videos, or content without written permission from British Education Services.
9. Website Use
9.1 The content on britishedu.in is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that all information is complete, current, or error-free.
9.2 You may not copy, reproduce, or use content from our website for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
9.3 Links to third-party websites (social media, government portals, etc.) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://britishedu.in/privacy-policy/. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 British Education Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from enrollment in our courses, use of our services, or reliance on information provided on our website.
11.2 Our total liability to any student shall not exceed the total fees paid by that student to British Education Services.
11.3 We are not responsible for events outside our control, including natural disasters, government policy changes, pandemic restrictions, or changes in immigration law that affect your career plans.
12. Changes to These Terms
British Education Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Amritsar, Punjab, India.
