At British Education Services, we maintain a clear and transparent fee policy. Please read this carefully before making any payment or enrolling in a course.

1. Booking Amount

A booking amount is charged at the time of enrollment to reserve your seat in a batch.

  • If you cancel before classes begin, the booking amount can be refunded or transferred to another course offered by British Education Services.
  • Once classes have started, the booking amount is no longer refundable or transferable.

2. Course Fees — Non-Refundable Once Classes Begin

Once your classes have commenced, all fees paid are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes situations such as:

  • Change of mind or personal circumstances
  • Inability to attend classes
  • Relocation or travel plans
  • Visa rejection or immigration outcome
  • Health or family reasons

By enrolling and attending your first class, you accept full liability for the complete course fee as agreed at the time of enrollment.

3. No Fee Transfer Between Students

Course fees paid by one student cannot be transferred to another person under any circumstances. Each enrollment is individual and non-transferable.

4. Course Hold Policy

If a student is unable to continue classes due to genuine personal circumstances, they may apply to hold their course for up to 6 months from the date of the hold request.

  • The hold request must be submitted in writing (via email or WhatsApp).
  • If the student does not resume within the 6-month hold period, the enrollment will be automatically cancelled with no refund.
  • No extension beyond 6 months will be granted.
  • The hold option is available once per enrollment only.

5. Visa Documentation, Placement Support, and Other Services

Fees paid for visa documentation assistance, placement support, WES application, IELTS/OET coaching, and other services are non-refundable once work has commenced on the student’s file or profile.

6. Force Majeure and External Circumstances

British Education Services is not liable for any disruption, delay, or cancellation of courses, placements, or services caused by events beyond our reasonable control. No refund will be issued due to any of the following:

  • Changes in immigration or visa policies of any destination country (Canada, UK, Australia, USA, or any other), including sudden rule changes, quota freezes, or program suspensions
  • War, armed conflict, or political tensions between India and any destination country, or within a destination country
  • Pandemic, epidemic, or public health emergency, including national or international lockdowns (such as COVID-19 or similar events)
  • Natural disasters, including earthquakes, floods, or other acts of nature affecting travel or immigration
  • Government bans or travel restrictions imposed by India or any foreign government
  • Bilateral diplomatic disputes or the suspension of visa services between countries
  • Economic sanctions or any policy change affecting the movement of workers between countries
  • Changes in employer demand in destination countries due to economic recession or labour market shifts

These are circumstances entirely outside the control of British Education Services. Our training, certification, and support services remain valid regardless of external geopolitical or policy changes. Students are encouraged to use the 6-month course hold option (see Section 4) if they are waiting for conditions to improve.

Please include your full name, course enrolled in, date of payment, and reason for request. We will respond within 2 working days.

9. Changes to This Policy

British Education Services reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your enrollment applies to your case.
